End-User License Agreement

CTK Giving Sync · Christ the King Church, Anacortes, Washington · Effective October 21, 2026

This agreement covers use of CTK Giving Sync (the "App"), software that Christ the King Church ("CTK") provides for its own bookkeeping. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the App

The App may be used only by CTK staff and volunteers whom CTK has authorized to work on its books, and only for CTK's own accounting. It is not licensed to any other person or organization.

2. License

CTK grants each authorized user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on computers CTK approves, solely to record CTK's giving in CTK's QuickBooks Online company. Authorization ends when CTK withdraws it or when the person no longer serves in a role that needs it.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not use the App with any QuickBooks, Planning Center, or Subsplash account other than CTK's.
  • Do not share the App's credentials, or copy or distribute the App outside CTK.
  • Do not use the App to view, export, or disclose donor or financial information except as CTK's bookkeeping requires.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Review each entry in the App's preview before posting it. The App posts only entries you approve.
  • QuickBooks Online remains CTK's official accounting record, and Planning Center remains its record of donors and giving statements.
  • Keep the computer the App runs on secured with a password, and report any suspected misuse to CTK promptly.

5. Other services

The App connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Planning Center, and data exported from Subsplash. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and by CTK's agreements with them. CTK is not responsible for their availability or changes.

6. Data

How the App handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. CTK does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Users are responsible for reviewing entries before they are posted.

9. Changes and termination

CTK may update the App or these terms at any time; updated terms will be posted on this page. CTK may end any user's access at any time. On termination, stop using the App and remove it from any computer you control if CTK asks.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
