If you experience a problem connecting to QuickBooks Online, importing a Subsplash report, refreshing the preview, synchronizing transactions, or using the Application, contact the church office or the Application administrator.

Internal accounting integration for Christ the King

This application is an internal accounting utility used by Christ the King to transfer and reconcile financial information between Planning Center Giving, Subsplash, and QuickBooks Online.

The application helps authorized staff review contribution and payment information, reconcile processing fees and deposits, map transactions to the appropriate QuickBooks accounts, and create approved accounting entries in QuickBooks Online.

Restricted access. This application is intended only for authorized users of Christ the King. It is not offered as a public commercial service.

What the application does

Reads authorized giving and payment information from Planning Center Giving.
Imports Subsplash transfer reports for reconciliation of gross receipts, fees, and net deposits.
Lets authorized users preview proposed accounting entries before posting.
Posts approved transactions to QuickBooks Online.
Maintains a local audit record to help prevent duplicate entries and support corrections.
